This is a used pre-owned Huffy Preschool Toddler Kids Disney Minnie Mouse 3, 2, Grow Scooter with adjustable rear tire.  You can make this run like it's a 3 wheeler (more stability )or a 2 wheeedl scooter depending upon your child's skill level.  It is in excellent condition with only some very minor waer on the tires other than that you would think it was new.  The last picture shows away it will be shipped with a handlebar off.  Very easy to put it back onto a slight again and tightened the nut.  Please Read The Description, Look At All The Pictures before purchasing or making offers.
